Do to a non-paying bidder, subwayrabbi8ehr, these PSLS are being relisted.SquareTrade © AP6.0 I am selling the rights to 2 seats for the New York Giants in the New Stadium beginning in 2010. You are bidding on the right to purchase the PSL (Personal Seat License) for the two seats. My current seats are in section 312 row 28. They are on the 40 yard line. Seats in the new stadium should be similar, but wont be exactly the same. I cannot guarantee where they will put me in the new stadium but as a Giants season ticket holder for the past 15 years, I think it will be mostly likely in the vicinity I am currently in. I have requested Terrace 1. If you look at my feedback, you can see it is 100% positive. I have been selling these seats for years here on Ebay, so you can be confident regarding your purchase. I own 4 seats but will only be selling 2, so we will still have seats next to you. And I would like to get the best seating location possible. The PSL gives the holder the right to purchase season tickets, including home playoff tickets, beginning with the 2010 season and for as long as the Giants play in the stadium. Face value of NY Giants season tickets beginning in 2010 will be $1900.00 for the 2 seats. You will be responsible for this yearly fee.The PSL is $1,000 per seat, so $2,000 total. This auction is for the RIGHT to purchase the PSL. The winning bidder will pay the amount of the winning bid plus the $2,000 actual PSL fee. I have already paid the Giants the 1st payment of $400 towards the PSL. Payment of the winning bid and the $400 are due within 48 hours of winning auction. The remaining dates for the PSL fee are: $800 due August 1st 2009 and $800 March 1st, 2010. The Giants are allowing the current season ticket owners to transfer the new PSL to new owners, so the PSL and season tickets will be in YOUR name. This will not occur until March 2011. This is the earliest the Giants will allow seat holders to transfer ownership. As a good will gesture, I will split next years season tickets (2009) with you. We will pick 5 games a piece (1 preseason & 4 regular season games) and I will sell them to you at face value. If the Giants make the playoffs, you may purchase them also at face value.
